  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days delivery after shipping)

4.3 Delivery Areas

4.4 Delivery Issues

You must inspect your plants immediately upon delivery. Report any damage or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees may apply for address corrections or reshipments due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for unused items in original condition. Live plants can only be returned if damaged or incorrect (must report within 3 days).

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

  • All live specimens (fruit trees, berry plants, espalier trees)
  • Perishable gardening supplies
  • Gift cards

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
