Order Processing

We carefully prepare each order with the attention your plants deserve:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days delivery after shipping)
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days delivery after shipping)

Note for International Customers: We ship globally except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Please check with our customer care team if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our plants and products with a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Our policy grows from understanding that sometimes adjustments are needed in every gardener’s journey.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Live plants, fruit trees, and berry bushes can only be returned if damaged or incorrect (must report within 3 days of delivery)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, these items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

  • All live specimens (fruit trees, berry plants, espalier trees)
  • Perishable gardening supplies (certain fertilizers)
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps to cultivate a successful return:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Details about the item you wish to return
  • Photos if reporting damage or incorrect item

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions

Step 3: Package Your Item

Prepare your return by:

  • Securely packing the item in its original packaging
  • Including all tags and accessories
  • Clearly writing the RMA number on the outside of the package

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days):

  • You’ll receive an email notification
  • Refund will be processed within 3 business days
  • Credit will be applied to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Shipping Cost Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

For available exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring return
