At The Orchard Zone, we take pride in delivering premium fruit trees, berry plants, and gardening supplies with the same care we give our own orchards. However, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be as fruitful and straightforward as our plants are resilient.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Important Note: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, fruit trees, berry plants, and all live specimens cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or are incorrect varieties. Please inspect your plants immediately upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if there are any issues.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to cultivate a successful return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we’ll send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method via the same method you used to pay (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (when available), we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item or incorrect product. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:
