What types of plants do you specialize in?

Are your plants suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! While we offer plants for experienced gardeners, many of our varieties are perfect for beginners. Each order comes with detailed planting instructions, and our website features growing guides to help you succeed.
Why do you ship bare-root plants during dormancy?
Bare-root plants shipped during dormancy (winter/early spring) experience less transplant shock and establish more successfully. This traditional method has been proven optimal for fruit tree survival and growth.

How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 days after dispatch ($12.95)
Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 days after dispatch (free on orders over $50)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide with a few exceptions (some Asian and remote regions). Check our shipping page or the checkout process for specific restrictions.
How are plants packaged for shipping?
We use specialized plant-protective packaging to maintain moisture and prevent damage. Bare-root plants are carefully packed with moisture-retaining materials and shipped at optimal times for your growing zone.

Returns & Guarantees

What if my plants arrive damaged?
We stand behind every plant we ship! If your order arrives damaged or fails to meet expectations, simply contact us within 15 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
What’s your policy if a plant doesn’t grow?
While we can’t guarantee every plant’s survival (as growing conditions vary), we do guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy and ready to grow. If you have concerns about plant health upon arrival, please contact us within the 15-day window.
How do I initiate a return?
